About the Campaign

The Justice for Aaron Brady campaign was established by Aaron's family following his arrest and has continued throughout every stage of the legal process.

Our purpose is simple.

To present evidence which we believe demonstrates that Aaron Brady was wrongly convicted of the murder of Detective Garda Adrian Donohoe and to seek independent scrutiny of the investigation and prosecution.

Over the course of almost ten years, the campaign has produced more than 800 investigative videos, analysed thousands of pages of documentation and submitted correspondence to politicians, journalists, legal representatives and public bodies throughout Ireland and beyond.

The campaign examines, among other issues:

Everything published by this campaign is intended to encourage examination, discussion and independent scrutiny.

Our Commitment

The Brady family has never sought sympathy.

We have sought scrutiny.

We believe that every criminal conviction—particularly one involving the murder of a serving Garda—must withstand the highest level of public and legal examination.

If the conviction is sound, it should withstand scrutiny.

If it is not, then justice demands that the truth be uncovered.

Our campaign will continue until every significant question has been properly answered.
